Participation and Eligibility
To participate in the QuickWin Digital Raffle Draw, you must:
Age Requirement
Be at least 18 years of age or older
Residency
Reside within the Republic of Liberia
Accurate Information
Provide accurate and complete information during the entry process, including your full name and a valid Liberian mobile number
Non-Refundable Entry
Acknowledge that each entry costs between LRD 75 and LRD 200 and is non-refundable. Once you purchase a ticket, it is considered a final sale
Draw and Prizes
Our raffles are conducted with integrity and full transparency:
Daily Draws
Draws are conducted daily to give you continuous opportunities to win
Automatic Selection
Winners are selected automatically right after each draw using a certified, random, and unbiased algorithm. This ensures every ticket has an equal chance of winning
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified immediately via SMS and a phone call using the number you provided during your entry. It is crucial to ensure your contact information is accurate and up-to-date to receive your notification
We are not responsible for notifications that fail due to incorrect information.
Payments and Prize Distribution
All transactions are handled securely through trusted mobile money platforms:
Payment Processing
Payments for entries are exclusively processed through the MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money systems in Liberia
Prize Distribution
Prize money will be distributed to the winners' mobile money accounts within 24 hours of the draw. The funds are transferred directly, providing a fast and secure payout
Data Usage and Privacy
We prioritize your privacy and data security. We are committed to protecting your information and will not share it with any third parties.
No Permanent Storage
No personal data is stored permanently
Immediate Deletion
Your data is used solely to conduct the Draw and is deleted immediately after each draw is completed. This means your information is never kept on file beyond the draw period

Disqualification
QuickWin Solutions keeps the draw fair and honest:
We can disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, unlawful, or dishonest activities.
This includes, but is not limited to, manipulating the entry process, providing false information, or using unauthorized payment methods. Any such actions will result in immediate disqualification and a potential ban from future draws.
Limitation of Liability
While we aim for a seamless experience, some factors are beyond our control.
QuickWin Solutions is not liable for any technical issues, system failures, or other issues beyond our direct control that may affect your participation or the outcome of the Draw.
This includes, but is not limited to, network outages, mobile money system errors, or force majeure events.
By participating, you agree to release QuickWin Solutions from any liability for such unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements:

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Liberia.
Any disputes arising from your participation in the QuickWin Digital Raffle Draw shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation or mediation. Legal action will only be pursued if a resolution cannot be reached through these initial steps.
